Today was dominated by a cold, harsh wind much of the day an visibility was way down. The take-off from Christchurch was delayed by 3 hours and then the landing was further delayed (headwinds?) by another half hour or more. Drove Ivan down the Scott Base Hill, which must always be in 2nd gear up and down.
